Working with Carlos and his team was a great experience. We had some mold appear in our basement and we had multiple contractors come out to make bids. Carlos took the time to discuss how his solution to our problem compared with the others proposed. The team completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned everything nicely and the whole project was done in a week from when they started demo/cleaning. Not bad, considering they needed to let the room dry for 2 days! The contract was clear and the pricing was very fair. I hope we will not need their services again anywhere else in the house, but will gladly recommend them to friends and neighbors!

Carlos was very responsive and professional and prices were reasonable. He came in for an initial inspection and discussed options with me for what we assumed was a small, slow leak in the basement from a window that ruined floors. He explained every step, put the sealant in, made sure it worked before having the floors, drywall, and paint done. He even cleaned the window base(?) and answered all my random questions. Carlos contracts out some of the work (floors/drywall) and I’m considering using some of these guys, through Carlos, do some other work in the near future.

Water heater leaked and our insurance agent took over a week to get back to us. By that point the mildew smell was out of this world and we could tell there was some mold 😖 put in a request and Carlos was out here to give us an estimate the same day! Worked fast and removed all the carpet and padding and set up fans and dehumidifiers to run for a few days. They even helped us to pack up and move things like bins and boxes! They went above and beyond would highly recommend them!

Carlos and his team were awesome and gave us a great flood mitigation and rebuild service! Turned a stressful situation much more pleasant, and gave us good advice from the start. Even changed the carpet on our staircase for free! And once we started the rebuild, it happened really fast. We are so happy with everything, and told Carlos we wish we could work with him on everything.

Prices are basically standard in this field, what it makes the difference is the measurement of square footage on every job, that's what determinate the final price.

Listen to the potential customers about what's the problem and concerns of it, then identify potential situations based on customers information, proper equipment to check moisture/ humidity, etc. Everything is depending on the problem for I was called for.
