Beginning July 8 two of our pictures will be on display at George Washington University's (Virginia Campus)"Wild Thing!" exhibit. The exhibit will feature 9 artist from ArtSquare exhibiting their paintings, our photographs will be displayed in conjunction to the artists paintings. The pictures we will be displaying are ..."Polar Bear Blues" and "Slither". We are event photographers located in Northern, VA. We specialize in weddings, parties, bridal showers, baby showers, family portraits, engagement pictures, and much more.
We consider ourselves affordable, because we will do our best to work within your budget, and still provide excellent service.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Our most common types of jobs are events such as birthday parties, bridal showers, anniversary parties and organized events.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Be sure that you feel comfortable with anyone you hire. Although you are paying for their service, you should always feel at easy when working with you.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I don't have any inside secrets, just be sure the person you hire has the proper equipment to provide you with excellent service.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our work stands out from the rest because we take pride in what we do and photography is our passion. For certain events (i.e. Weddings) we'll take the time to get to know you and take pictures that highlight your personality and style. We are also know to provide our services free of charge at times for charitable events and not opposed to bartering.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Photography is our passion, we don't just like our jobs, we love it.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Most customer ask how long our post processing takes. Depending on the number of pictures taken and the package ordered, it could take up to 3 to 4 weeks.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. It's hard to select just one story/job as a favorite. We have a great and wonderful time at all our shoots.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. Professional photographers get into this field because photography is in their blood and couldn't imagine it not being a part of their lives.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I have been into photography for over 30 years and with the encouragement of my family decided to start my own business as a photographer.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. We are especially proud of the pictures we shot of an event in downtown Washington, DC. The event was called Wianki on the Mall, we were not actually hired to do the job but provided the pictures to the chairman of the event and their graphic designer promised to use them in their next news letter and on their website.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. We are constantly reading the latest technical manuals regarding the profession and attend many different organized meetings to discuss the trade.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. Photography is constantly changing, it's difficult to predict it's advancements.
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. Our most recent work was a beautiful wedding held at Lost Creek Winery. We worked within this young couples budget and made it very affordable for them. We did approximately 5 1/2 hours of shooting and several hours of photo editing.

A. Our pricing system is very easy to understand.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Practice, practice, practice. Read on the trade as much as you can and always be willing to try new techniques.
