- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices might be different from others, I’m trying to be fair to the customers and to myself specially in this current hard time. So I offer discounts for Veterans, people going through family member loss, sickness, single parents with kids) I also sometimes offer free cleaning to cancer patients with kids, elderly adults living alone and have difficulties cleaning “As long as people don’t try to take advantage of it I’m happy to help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Check what needs to be done( walk through of the house or location) sending an stimate, answering any questions, accepting the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years experience, I have work in the restaurant area and I know how hard it is for working home owners to work and try to keep the house clean, as well as business owner to keep up with the cleaning of their business.
