- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The good thing about Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Virginia Beach is we do NOT charge by the hour, we charge by the job which saves you money! We offer flat rate pricing for most jobs (outside of exploratory leak searches and similar jobs) which also includes free estimates. We offer several money saving options too - Coupons, advantage plans, add-on services performed the same day! Just ask your customer service representative.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and designed with the customer in mind! We call the customer (or receive calls) and gather all necessary job information to get the ball rolling. We inform clients of appointment time and window, then schedule in our computer system. ALL customers are then called when the technician is dispatched.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All plumbers are trained and experienced in the plumbing field. All plumbers and managers engage in monthly product and service training too.
