Virginia Beach Adventure Boot Camp is my only choice for getting in shape! I have done many camps prior to having my baby where I had phenomenal results. After having my baby last summer, I tried going to the "local" fitness club and was not seeing the results I had in the past that I had with VB Adventure Boot Camp. I am happy to be back! The atmosphere is so much fun, women of all shapes, sizes and ages come together, work hard and motivate each other. Everyday we mix it up with total body strength and conditioning. I love Virginia Beach Adventure Boot Camp and will never go back to a gym!

My experience working out with the VA Beach Adventure Boot Camp team has been great! Adam makes your work out fun, yet challenging. You never get bored as he is always throwing something new into the mix. I felt very intimidated before starting Boot Camp class, however once I got out there, I saw how Adam personalizes your workout program based on your skill level or capabilities. You are not judged or looked at differently if you are weaker in some areas. Adam is welcoming and very willing to spend one on one time with you in order to help you meet your fitness goals. You leave every boot camp class feeling energized and looking forward to the next class!

VIRGINIA BEACH ADVENTURE BOOT CAMP was the best exercise experience I've ever had!! I toned my body, increased my metabolism, and strengthened my knee (which has been diagnosed with tendonitis). The PM camps gave me something to look forward to during the day. It gave me a reason to leave work every night. The sessions are always different, so you never know exactly what to expect. The only thing you can be sure of is that you'll get an incredible work out every time!! You'll work every muscle in your body. Be warned... this camp is addicting and after you start, it will quickly become an obsession!!!! :)

Virginia Beach Adventure Boot Camp is amazing. Was a previous gym-junkie until I enrollled in Adventure Boot Camp. It is an amazing workout! Everyday is different. Every day a new muscle is engaged. Been going for over a year and both my stamina and strength have increased. Coach Adam is AWESOME! He creates an awesome environement where everybody is accepted and pushed according to their own fitness level. Adam Pismeny is the best trainer you could ask for! Boot camp is a blast and the work out is amazing. I am amazed that I have been a member for over 2 years and the exercises are different every day. I love it and without it I would not work out as much. I would recommend it to anyone at any fitness level.

A. Our advice to a customer looking to hire someone like us is to do their homework. Check out their website and look for national certifications and client testimonials. Make sure that their website and testimonials are professional and up to date.
A. If I were a customer looking for a boot camp or a personal trainer, I would want to know that the trainer/instructor was nationally certified. There is a big difference between trainers that went to college and spent 4 years studying kinesiology, physiology and anatomy and another trainer that took a weekend course and a piece of paper.
A. Before someone chooses to join a boot camp or hire a personal trainer they should make a solid commitment to themselves. They should write down their goals. Make them realistic yet challenging. Boot camp can help women lose up to 10lbs in just 4 weeks but it does take some focus. Training shouldn't take up more than 2hrs per day. That leaves 22hrs that the client is on their own. They are the biggest part of the fitness and weight loss equation.
Find a qualified trainer and boot camp instructor and check their credentials before you hire them.

A. We decided to get into our line of work because we love people. We especially love helping people change and improved their lives. There is nothing like seeing someone truly happen with their healthy new lifestyle.
A. We are both nationally certified through the National Council on Strength and Fitness and we are required to complete Continued Education Units each year. The CEU's most be different each year.
