Superstars! They did a great job cleaning our carpet, gave us the best quote of anyone in the area, and got out some tough stains.
What really puts them head and shoulders above the rest is the level of customer service. My landlady later requested a bill in her name rather than in mine. When I called to ask Eco Steemer about a duplicate receipt, the guys mailed it not once, but twice, then offered to do it a third time via registered mail after the post office lost the first two.
Kudos to them for always being friendly, responsive and never getting annoyed at this request!

We just had our carpets cleaned and could not be happier. The technician kept us updated to his arrival. They were extremely professional and very reasonable priced and we got an extra 10% off for showing coupons. You won't regret calling them.
