Ben troubleshot and solved some electrical issues that I was having with a couple switches and an outlet. I will start by saying that he showed up when he said that he was going to and he completed the task in a timely manner (about 1.5 hours). The reason I am only giving 4 out of 5 stars is because the price that he told me over the phone was not what he ended up charging me at the end of the job. His communication about the cost was not very clear and was fairly frustrating. Again, Ben did get the job done pretty efficiently. I just did not like the fact that he was not upfront about the pricing.
