What a phenomenal individual in all aspects. He arrived on time he was kind professional and detailed. He found the issue in less than an hour and broke down each action of the repair. Even gave me some tips on how to avoid the problem in the future. To top it all off, he had his on vacuum to clean up the arras he worked in. Iwould hire this man a hundred times over.
