My experience with DD Fence was really top notch and I’d recommend them to anyone. The team lead walked the property with me and ensured he understood my expectations. Also, when my neighbor had an issue with the property line he handled the encounter tactfully defused the situation.
They finished the job is less than 6 hours. All posts are set firmly and plumb, panels are level (Yes, I checked) and the fence is installed well within property lines.
PLUS… The follow up is outstanding. A couple days after it was complete I got a visit from their QA inspector who checked the quality of their work. He checked my gate was square and level, checked the posts and panels and every last board to make sure it was securely fastened.

This was an A+ project from start to finish! It started with my interaction with the sales rep Chris. He didn’t just come into my home and talk, he and my family had great personal conversations unrelated to just talking about the fence job. He also wasn’t pushy at all when it came to my wife and I’s decisions and put in a good word for me regarding my project’s financing. The ladies at the front desk Shannon, Ashley, & Robin were all extremely helpful! They remained in constant contact with me, ensuring the process kept moving along as well as helped getting the project approved with my HOA. Luke the project manager, kept me informed on the delivery of all the items used for the project, on what to expect over the course of project, as well as their estimated time of completion which was helpful with me tailoring my work schedule around the installation. And lastly the installation team, they were fast and thorough with their work. The team lead walked me through the entire project before getting started and once he did, he and his team finished faster than expected. This was an absolutely perfect experience, my only complaint is that I didn’t call them sooner. Highly recommend and I hope to work with them again in the future!

I will be truthfully honest with this review. The first meeting I had with Ryan doing the estimate went great. He wasn't pushy and made us feel very comfortable with doing the fence. After we signed and paid right then and there for the fence I went to read reviews as I was excited for my new fence. I know it's a bad practice and backwards but it's what happened. I came to be very worried as this is the most money I have ever spent on a home project. I was quickly reassured of all my worries by Luke the Project Manager. The crew showed up the first day and my yard was never marked by the utility companies. With that being said Dan Dale called and had them come out later that day. So they weren't able to install the first date scheduled. I will tell you the crew was great, nice guys hard working and absolutely professional. The first day we went over the plan and talked it all out and then the second day they came and did the install when I was at work. The crew arrived around 8am-9am. I ended up arriving home around 2pm to the job being 98% of the way done. I'm assuming they went to lunch, when they arrived back they finished the final section and did a great job. After that the job site was cleaned and they were on their way. Overall I was slightly hesitant to go with Dan Dale but looking back now I am absolutely pleased with the outcome and will recommend them no questions asked.

After several years of trying to even get a quote or estimate on a high quality vinyl fence from various local businesses, we called DanDale and they immediately followed through. It took some time to for the fence material to be manufactured, but that is because we ordered a relatively custom color. Once all the materials were delivered, it only took a single day to remove my old fence and install the new vinyl fence. I can finally enjoy my back yard again! Thanks DanDale!

These guys are great. They arrived at my home 9:00 am and completed the entire job by 11:45 am. I will definitely tell everyone that is in the market for fencing.
