Introduction: I am a new business owner with several years of experience in commercial/residential appliance repair, HVAC/R, electrical wiring, gas piping, automated controls, DDC, painting, lawn care, debris removal, plumbing, carpentry, winterization, lock change-outs, and home preservation. I am able to perform the following tasks of servicing, troubleshooting, installation and cleaning of HVAC equipment and major appliances.
My additional qualifications are as follows:
* EPA and/or state license
* Universal Refrigerant Certification (R-22 and 410)
* Knowledgeable in electrical installation and repair
* Own my tools and have a service vehicle
* Extremely detail oriented and complete all aspects of projects
The most significant is my success in delivering projects on time and within budget, despite the many challenges often encountered in the field. I have accomplished this through my ability to effectively plan, schedule and prioritize.

Not Reliable - Didn't Correct Problem and Didn't Respond
Contractor contacted through First American Warranty Co, made initial visit and diagnosis of leaking dishwasher. Paid $75.00. Replaced part (door seal) on second trip a week later, leak returned. Adjusted replaced part on third trip a week later, leaked worse than ever. Would not return call when contacted after that, despite numerous attempts. Had to contact another contractor after authorization from FA, which took another week to schedule. Second contractor diagnosed problem with Vent Assy seal, replaced which fixed the leak. The incorrect diagnosis and door seal replacement were a waste of time and money.

I was referred to them by a friend who said they used them before from a home warranty company. Called to schedule an appointment and the staff was professional and courteous. The technician arrive on time and explained the problem with my oven and repair cost. He came back the next day and fixed my oven. I would recommend them to anybody. Also, I didn't have to wait two weeks to get an appointment. Great service!!!!

I was assigned Ace Solutions to repair my refrigerator by my home warranty company. They provided an appointment within 3 day and everyone else said 2 weeks. The repair man arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had to order the part which took 2 days and repaired it shortly after. Very polite and professional. I will ask for them again for any repairs needed.

The good reviews must be from family or friend... NOT reliable made appointment and did not show the first time or answer the phone when called ... sent a email , not even brave enough to call ... rescheduled . The SECOND appointment spec of snow on the ground ( I worked until 6pm that night got around FINE) said roads were too dangerous ... TWO weeks without a dryer. Went and purchased a new one waiting him to show up I may be dead by then
