- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer some of the best rates in hampton roads. With our prices we consider weight, distance to job, and the time it takes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We message the customer and work out a date and time for project. We clarify price upfront although it's subject to change if items are added after negotiations take place. We carry a card reader so payment is easy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Matthew, one of the owners, has training as an environmental engineer and has worked with Disney, Penn State, and Sarasota County amongs many others. His duty was exploring ways to reduce their recycling contamination.
