Ask questions, make suggestions and offer constructive criticism. Honest people welcome all of those. Know what you want to achieve both in the day-to-day progress and the overall goal for your yard. Giving us an idea of where you want to end up makes it easier for us to help you get there. We work for you. It's our time spent, but it's Your money. Get the results you want and settle for nothing less. Get a second or even third opinion. Any gardener worth their salt will welcome alternative ideas from outside sources and be willing to incorporate those ideas you like into their own work.
