FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get everything in writing. Make sure that the contractor is licensed, insured, and bonded. Save copies of all communication (email) between you and the contractor. Inquire about warranties on work and support after project completion. Keep records of any agreement changes requested by the service provider and whether you accept or reject those modifications. Make sure that payment schedule is clearly defined and marked by progress of the project. Use the contractor for your smallest project to determine whether you would like for them to take on a large project. Make sure the warranty fits the job.
