Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check out pictures of previous work. Or if there is work nearby, ask to see that. Ask how long they have been in business, the longer the better. It shows they must be doing good quatity work and will be around if there is a warranty problem.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. No inside secrets, just a lot of planning and hard work. Most of the things we deal with are heavy or tedious. A shovel full of dirt isn't that heavy but if you dig 50 holes for shrubs a strong back is a must.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. What general direction they want to go. We get some customers that know they don't like the yard they have, but have no idea what they would like to have. Even a general idea is a good start.
