M&L has been cleaning for me for years,They do an outstanding job,They pay great attention to detail they are willing to go the extra mile,I'm Disabled and can't do much my legs tire out easy,so they let me sit and tell them what all i need done,I have a very small dog that can go under my furniture and she likes to mark her territory and also has a problem going #2 in the house,They move all my furniture & get it all up,they use great products that takes care of all the smell,I also have a very large dog and 2 cats as well they have no problem working with animals and i have a Granddaughter that is here all the time and they work around her just fine,They are very Trustworthy,Honest & have always been on Time,I have never had a problem with them not showing up a few times they have had to reschedule but they have gave me a weeks Notice and they have always had very good reasons why they couldn't come,I am very happy with them and i wouldn't change them for nothing,if for some reason they would haft to stop coming i don't know what i would do,it would be very hard to replace them,they are very down to earth they get along with anyone,They never down me for any reason they always have a smile on their face & if we don't have music on they are humming,they are a joy to have around & my house looks and smells so very good when they are finished,for the amount of money that they charge it is unreal the amount of work that they do & the quality of the work that they do,I have my house cleaned by them 2 times a month,I would tell anyone that wanted a great duo that gets the job done and some extra,in half the time that 1 person would do that these 2 ARE the ones for the job,I could go on and on about these two wonderfu lLadies but i will stop for now,I will say HIRE them!

Melissa and Linda have been cleaning for me for years. They are extremely thorough and detail oriented. They always make sure I'm pleased with the job and that my expectations have been met or exceeded. They are wonderful about working around my schedule. I've entrusted them with a key to my house and have never found any valuables or money missing even when left out in plain sight. They love animals and have no problem with working around my two dogs. Hire Melissa and you will not be disappointed!

This is a tough review for me to write, because I never like to write negative reviews, but I had a very difficult situation arise with these cleaners, which I do feel strongly about sharing. I’m going to give as balanced a summary as I can. We scheduled a move-out clean for the last day of our lease, just after all of our furniture was removed from our 1100 sq ft apartment. When I made the cleaning request, I made it clear that we needed a deep move-out clean because our landlord was coming to do our final walk-through that evening. Further, we were permanently leaving the state the following day, so we had no wiggle room on the timeline. So it was very important for us to have the cleaning take place. I did my best to give Melissa a good faith description of our situation two weeks in advance, and she estimated that she could clean the apartment in 2.5 hours with 2 people (spoiler alert: in the end, it took another 1 person working alone 3.5 hours to clean it). I want to be fair—I think our movers made more of a mess as they were loading our stuff than we expected. When Melissa arrived, there was indeed more trash—mainly empty boxes—than I thought the movers would leave behind. In addition, we have cats (which I of course disclosed in advance) and I am sure the area around the litter box needed some real attention, and I think some litter got spread around on the living room floor while the movers were moving out. I don’t think we have any unusual situation with cats, and indeed we keep them restricted to only the kitchen/living room—they cannot access anywhere else in our apartment. I know that cleaning a house with cats is more work, which is why they ask you about it in advance. Further, we have weekly maid service at all times, something a potential consumer might want to know about this situation. When Melissa and her partner arrived, they decided that they did not want to clean the apartment at all. I certainly offered to acknowledge financially that the job was bigger than they anticipated when giving an over-the-phone estimate. I’m sure this is a common issue that can arise when you ask someone to clean a space they haven’t seen before. Melissa told me that they were “not into it” and wouldn’t be cleaning the apartment at all. Even though I didn’t think this was a fair response, I offered to almost double the cost estimate they gave us over the phone, because we were in such a desperate situation in terms of our timeline to move out. However, the said they did not want to do any of the work. I even requested that they just complete whatever they could in the 2.5 hours they agreed to do for us, and we would do the rest, but they were unwilling to even do that. Their main statement was that the house was not in the state they expected, though I certainly do believe it was consistent with the condition of an apartment with cats in need of a deep move out clean, as I described. But to give you a sense of a few specific examples of things they objected to were: (a) there were raisins and crumbs in the cabinets, (b) the baseboards would need to be washed, (c) there were ant traps that needed to be disposed of. I anticipated that these kinds of things would certainly be within the scope of a “deep clean” move out in anticipation of a landlord walkthrough. Ultimately, it is my strong belief that the situation did not merit their response, and most (if not all) of the work could be accomplished by two people working for 2.5 hours. Also, an important end to this story is that I was able to scramble and find someone to come do a deep clean of our house that same night—a saving grace for us given our situation. That one person working alone was able to completely clean our house in 3.5 hours. That’s actually less than the 2 people working for 2.5 hours (equals 5 hours) that Melissa had originally promised to do for us. In the end, I acknowledge that it was a tough situation and the apartment was probably in worse shape than we expected due to the movers. But Melissa put us in a truly horrible position when they wouldn’t even do the 2.5 hours we agreed to (even if the house wasn’t finished in that time). They acknowledged that they felt bad about what they were doing to us and understood that we would probable write a negative review. I think my big takeaway here is that it’s probably very important with these cleaners to get an in-person assessment in advance. Also, I think it’s important to know that, in our case, they decided not to even do the hours they scheduled. Finally, my sense is that the cleaners over-reacted to the state of the apartment. They told us they thought it was an 8-hour job for two people, but in reality the job was completed at a high level by 1 person in 3.5 hours. I really am sorry that this happened, but imagine how you would feel if you were moving out of state permanently, your landlord is going to show up in 4 hours, and the cleaners you agreed to work with determined that they would not even do the hours they agreed to do.

Ok where do I start, this is very far from the truth, as you can see from the rest of my reviews, this was the worst shape I have seen a place in, Allison told me that she had a weekly maid service and talked me down from my original price saying that her place was clean & all it needed wad a spruce up for the move out, I informed her that we had a scheduled cleaning that morning which is our regular that takes about 6 hours, also when I told her 2 to 3 hours to do the cleaning expecting that would be the truth, ehen I arrived at her house the house wad not empty by no means, alot more than just empty boxes, cats had been staying in bathroom where there was kitty litter strung throughout along with cat poop all over the place, including sink, toilet&floor also all over livingroom floor as well as in closet, cabinets were still full of stuff the ones that were not full was full of nasty filth, Refrigerator was to be cleaned and was still full of stuff & also nasty as well, they must have had a bird because window sills were full of bird poop, there wad so much cat hair it was notfunny, also she stated that cats do not go upstairs in which stairs were completly covered with cat hair, upstairs bathrooms were very dirty along with cabinets full of stuff, closets in bedrooms were still full of stuff along with trash strung everywhere, Allison informed me over the phone that she was out of state & that this did not sound like her place also she said not only did she have a weekly maid but that the maid came twice a week, very sad if thst is true i have no idea what maid wad doing because by looks of place it was not cleaning, Every window sill in place had Roach traps in them, Im sorry but if you clean for a living you do not want your equipment subject to that, she was rude with me and lied to me, so therefore i felt no Obligation to go through with this job, she informed me that i did not want to leave because thumbtack is built off Reviews & that she would bash me on here, I informed it that i was very sorry about this & that i had taken pictures of her place to attach to this Review, but i guess her pride got in the way of that, I'm not sure i can post those pics here but i do have them, SORRY THIS CAME TO THIS, IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE&I'M PRAYING IT WON"T HAPPEN AGAIN, I fell very sorry for the one that ended up doing this job, i can't express my gratitude to them enough, I will be praying about this situitation,&I'm sure that my GOD will take care of it! Amen!!!
