Water was not draining in my dishwasher. I contacted them the night before and they immediately contacted me and were ready to provide service the next day. Two men came to my home with greetings. I showed them my dishwasher and explained the issue and they quickly resolved and explained why it wasn’t draining within minutes. I had recently got a new garbage disposal installed by a friend, and it was installed incorrectly and caused clogging which affected the dishwasher. They even gave an honest suggestion that I keep my dishwasher despite it being very old. I will likely use them again for other appliance issues or installations.
