I put in a project this past Tuesday and got 4 responses; of them all, Jose was the one who was able to give me an estimate the very next day (Wed) and then followed through and did the installation the following day (Thur, today). He explained the estimate and everything the job entailed, including when he would be able to get the new door and parts and install it. He even greased the tracks and hinges on the other garage door at my request. He was in and out in two hours and I couldn't be happier. When I decide to replace that other door, he's the one I will call. Thanks Jose, for a job well done and a great experience overall.

The frame of the garage door for my parking pad needed to be replaced. The garage door is an internal door track installed outdoors. Jose from Garage door installation and repair provided me with various options (repair/replace with external door design) and provided me frank feedback as to the quality and reusability of the components of my existing installation to understand costs in the quote. Jose walked me through the quote in detail. Jose was prompt and went the extra mile to ensure a quality product, such as installing a roof over the garage door components to better weather proof the installation. The install was priced competitively based on other quotes I had received. Would recommend.
