Him and his partner, explained exactly the problem and got the part and fixed it perfectly. While other companies said it was a must broader problem, Victor explained the REAL problem which saved me from a huge unnecessary expense. I will use his company ALWAYS!

He came with a few other people to help him arrive at the estimate; they were late to the consultation, but the price was good, so I decided to use them. They work was adequate; there were a few things I had to point out for them being addressed, but they fixed everything that was needed. I think they were figuring out how to put up the tin backsplash, as they were doing it. My painter pointed out that the molding I had them installed should have been glued, as well as nailed. But I don't think it will be highly visible from the ground. The countertop installation was done well. I agreed to pay them an extra $50 to put on a small part on the toilet (this was an add-on project). I paid them this amount with the payment for the other work they had already completed. They didn't have time to do the job right then, but they promised to come back and fix it. I called them multiple times and left multiple messages and they have blown me off. It only $50, but it is still money.

To update my earlier rating, it turns out that he had a personal emergency that required him to leave the country. It would've been nice to have that communicated to me, but it was an emergency. Having that additional information allowed for us to reach a favorable resolution. Carlos, who worked with Vincent, saved the day while Vincent was out of town. I am pleased with the final results.

I can not tell you about the quality of his work because he didn't show up for the job. I had sent him a message after scheduling a time that said if he was going to be running late to please let me know. He did not contact me after being almost 2 hours late. I had to call him & ask if he was coming & it went to VM. He did call back shortly & say he was not going to make it because of problems from another job. That info would have been nice to know a few hours earlier.
