Introduction: Pleasing the bride. There is nothing more gratifying than seeing the bride's face when she enters the church or the reception and realizes that everything she had hoped for is before her... and more. Pleasing the bride takes into account many different facets of the job, being responsive, bing both budget-friendly and budget-conscious, being knowledgeable and most of all flexible. Without these you simply can't be productive. Most brides get very nervous before the wedding, and I find that having a calming effect on the bride, taking items of her plate so she can enjoy the celebration is critical to everyone's success.

We were very pleased with how our daughter's wedding was handled as everything was conducted efficiently and professionally. Dianne Jamieson and her assistant, Maureen Ballard, did a wonderful job coordinating all of the vendors. The ballroom was beautifully decorated, especially considering how challenging it must have been tying all of the burlap sashes. We received compliments from many of our guests, one who was an arts and crafts professional. Dianne was very helpful keeping us calm and collected with all of the mayhem around us. We would strongly recommend them to anyone in the process of planning a wedding.

Dianne was such a blessing! I thought I could handle the wedding plan on my own until I became extremely overwhelmed two months before. I found Dianne on thumbtack and can not be more grateful! She responded to every email, phone call and text message in what seemed like minutes and she carried out all of the tasks quickly and efficiently on the day-of. I recommend Dianne to any bride for day-of coordination!

Dianne was truly outstanding. She responded to my many emails within minutes and provided me with much information when I had questions or just flat out didn't know what to do. Dianne is extremely knowledgable in terms of the ins and outs of weddings, but what surprised me most was her eye to beauty. I hired her as a day of coordinator, provided her pictures of how I thought things should look (I.e. Reception tables, sweetheart and cake tables, etc) and Dianne did that and more! The rose petals lining the walkway to the arch, the layout of the gift table... The extra touches made our night so memorable. Dianne and her daughter directed the bridal party during the ceremony and didn't miss a beat! Dianne directed the reception and double-checked with me (the bride) before she made any changes, which I loved. Phenomenal.... Couldn't have asked for a better staff to coordinate my dream day. Thank you both!

Dianne was great helping to coordinate the rehearsal as well as the day of the wedding ceremony and convey to the staff at the reception what should happen after she left. All went off extremely well !

Dianne was our day of coordinator. She came with us on our catering walkthrough, and helped with final details, our programs and making sure everything ran smoothly day of. We could not have done this without her. She was an awesome advocate for what we wanted when deciding things with vendors. She also offered valuable insight ondetails that we were unsure of. Most off though- she was an amazing resource day of the wedding. We had several hiccups- flowers delivered to the reception venue, not ceremony- she was able to take care of that, and have them waiting when my bridesmaids and I arrived. We also had our bus driver, arrive too early with guests to the reception venue. She made sure that our guests were not stuck outside, but let into the coktail hour area-- allbeit about 30-40 minutes early. She also did an amazing job setting up our reception space with the venue - as well as just helping with little things here and there (pinning boutineers, cueing music, ushering people, etc). Dianne is a wonderful coordinator and a sweet person- I am so happy we chose to work with her for our wedding. Like I said, I could not have had the amazing wedding I did without her. I highly, highly recommend her services to all the brides and grooms out there!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a generous payment plan that is fee-free. In addition, we offer a military and first responders discount, as well ad an additional 5% discount if paid in full at contract signing. We are always offering additional discounts throughout the year. Ask us!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a major tradeshow and Event planning company for 24 years and have learned a lot along the way. It's all about the details.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the event planning business for over 20 years and have done weddings for family and friends for a good number of years. It really wasn't until I was planning my daughter's wedding with her, that I decided I wanted to branch out and explore the market. We have been tremendously successful.
