- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building rapport, understanding needs, and setting expectations to ensure that everyone is on the same page are important aspects for us. On the day of a photo shoot, we strive to be efficient, practical, and accommodating. We take pleasure in creating a comfortable atmosphere for everyone to work in, as it aids us in producing superior products while also keeping the sessions running smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are photographers who have acquired our skills through extensive research and practice. We have developed effective lighting techniques to achieve various effects, as well as simple posing methods that enable our clients to assume natural and beautiful postures that are ideal for photography. Furthermore, our previous professional backgrounds have instilled in us a deep understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction and the ability to create exceptional experiences.
