Anne is an excellent graphic and web designer. She is professional, creative, responsive, and knowledgeable. I have had my website with her for two years now and I get lots of compliments on it. She is always willing and able to update it for me and her costs are very reasonable. I felt she really listened to what I wanted and made that a reality. I highly recommend her.

I worked with Anne to develop a new website for my practice. I have worked with various graphics people for 25 years, and found Anne to be helpful, patient, and flexible. She did an excellent job with translating my sometimes obtuse instructions into the look and feel that I was looking for. I have no hesitations about referring her to anyone who is looking for help and support in this area.

I began work with Anne three years ago when I was in need of business cards. Her design was beautiful and commented upon by many clients. Our work together progressed to flyers and eventually to a web design for my psychotherapy practice. She has made the process stress free and enjoyable. Anne has always been responsive to my needs in replying quickly and with professionalism. She provides an attention to detail and concern for my satisfaction with the design that continues to foster my loyalty to her work. Her sensitivity and creativity are clearly exhibited within her design suggestions. I recommend Anne's work and dedication to my colleagues and friends without reservation.

Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. I would advise a customer to look first of all for a provider that is able to offer expertise and know-how. Following this, it's vital that the provider offers a very personal service and is happy to take time with each customer until the job is done to the customer's satisfaction.
Expertise and know-how: know the back-end of website design and development, have a full knowledge of graphic design applications, be able to transfer working files to press-ready files, understand the differences between file types.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Don't understand this question ... if I were a customer, what do I wish I knew about the trade of the provider I was looking to hire?
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. 1. Who are your clients?
2. How long have you been in business?
3. If clients need your assistance in the future, are you there for them?
4. Can you give me three references?
5. Are your clients mostly local or far away?
