Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Ask them if they have actual experience in their field. Many consultants have academic backgrounds, yet no practical experience. There is nothing more valuable than having walked in "your shoes", and experiencing, "the "good the, the bad and the ugly". Ask for specifics and how they turn the situation(s) around.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would want to know that as a client you lead the discussion. There is no judgement by the coach. As your coach, I am there to support you, to ask you the powerful questions and to help you navigate positive change in your lie and work. You are the driver and I am your co-pilot. It's always all about you.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My business focuses on changing the overall morale of employees in a business (small or large). It is no secret that when you change overall employee morale, creating happy and productive employees, you are positioned to change the level of productivity. With this accomplished your business profitability increases.
I also focus on teaching leadership skills and competencies. I have found that many people come fresh from academia or have no practical leadership skill development or they are promoted from within an organization because they have proven to be a great worker and have not been taught basic leadership competencies. In either case, I am trained to teach, consult and coach emerging and experienced leaders, alike to success.
I have three decades of corporate leadership experience. I know from personal experience how important leadership training and coaching can be to personal and business success. I have walked the walked, climbed the ladder and experienced the bumps along the road. My background is jammed packed with experience as well as the best in professional coach training which differentiates me from other coaches in my field.
