Initially, I admit I had bit hesitations due to the limited number of reviews. However, later on I’ve learned Kevin and Shane are two licensed and seasoned electricians who have recently launched their own business Phoenix Electric. Any doubts were swiftly dispelled once I experienced firsthand the caliber of their work. Our project is updating and modernizing the electrical system in an aged home, with 40+ years DIY work by previous homeowners. Yeah, the wiring was messy and such a puzzle that it was possibly a fire hazard. First, Kevin and Shane did on-site estimation with very thorough review and diagnosis.Not only are they masters of their craft, but they also demonstrate a keen eye for budgetary considerations. They outlined the essential tasks while providing well-reasoned explanations for optional upgrades, ensuring every decision was informed and budget-conscious. During the two-days project, they are super punctual, responsive and clear communicators. The overall experience is very smooth, and worry-free. For example, they cleaned up every bit of mess from their own work, plus pre-existing sawdust and debris that existed inside the work area. Their scope of work encompassed a myriad of tasks including garage-to-house circuit demo and rewiring, outlet installations, device replacements, fixture installations, and even handling the bureaucratic maze of city permits. In light of such exemplary service, I wholeheartedly endorse Phoenix Electric to anyone seeking top-notch electrical solutions, and I won’t hesitate to hire them again in the future.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet them and see how I can help them out. If it is something I can do quickly I will have them sign a contract and give them price to do the job. If it fits their budget we proceed. If I need to estimate the job I will respond with an estimate via simple invoices.
