* Heating and presentation of appetizers, buffet entrees, meat and cheese platters, salad prep, sides, etc.
* Preparing, plating and serving of appetizers
* Buffet presentation, from set up to break down
* Food service, either plated or buffet
* Full bartending service and champagne toast
* Cake cutting
We offer a bonus service. We will decorate your buffet in your choice of colors, a fabulous customized look created just for you.
We also do complete clean up of all areas and packing up of any leftover food and beverages. Kitchen will be spotless!
Because we have been in the hospitality industry for 25 years, we are able to predict what needs to be done and when to do it, so you won't have to worry about a thing. All services are customized for your individual needs. In other words, from start to finish, we will be your extra hands.
