- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service charge you see may not reflect the final amount. Let's chat on the phone to discuss all the details about what you are looking for me to provide so that I may hammer out a more accurate quote! 2023 dates almost full and starting to fill 2024, let's book!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a phone call with you where I will ask you a series of questions, pertaining to your event, and what it is that you were looking for specifically from your bartending company. At that point I will put together a quote and send it off to you at the most convenient place. I then give 48 hours after the quote has been sent to book before I will re-open that date up to other potential clients should you decide to book our services and then send you a payment link and once payment is received an invoice is sent to your email to which I will go back into the app and mark you as booked and then we will work together to nail down all the fine details.

As I said above, I have 21 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
