- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have different prices ranges for different styles of fence. The price of wood is changing and sometimes causes changes in our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make contact with the customer immediately to schedule a time for us to come out and look at the project. Then we usually try to follow up with the client in about a week or so. If hired we schedule the time and usually call/text a reminder a couple days before arrival.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend the AFA trainings offered once a year.
