Mr. Hernandez came immediately to the church property. He gave an honest evaluation about the state of a tree which looked diseased. He explained what to notice in the future when it comes to rotten trees. He gave a reasonable estimation for his service. He cares about the safety of his crew and quality of the work he performs.
