The Whole Life Center

Introduction: Licensed as a massage practitioner, Reiki master/instructor and founder of The Whole Life Center, my focus is in assisting individuals in expanding health and wholeness on the foundation of body awareness, inspiration, and empowerment. I support others in building and optimizing stronger health and vitality and on their journey into higher life essence. I strongly believe in the abilities we possess to heal ourselves, and I am pleased to work with others in learning how to bring their own abilities forward. My lifelong passion has been to help others to "feel" better in their bodies and to consider the possibility to live without pain, illness, or discomfort. My "whole-life" approach offers the opportunity to explore how our thoughts, feelings, emotions, life experiences, actions, and choices may affect one's health and how incorporating self-care reflects in ones' overall wellness and vitality.
