Introduction: With a decade of violin teaching experience, I am passionate about sharing my love for music with students of all ages and levels. Whether you are picking up an instrument for the very first time or have been playing for years, my mission is to encourage and inspire you and help you achieve your goals! I am happy to work with very young students as well as adults, and I love a wide range of music. In addition to my teaching experience, I hold a degree in violin performance and have performed with many orchestras and choirs across the country. As an active performer, I make sure my students learn healthy technique so that they too can avoid injury and enjoy playing for many years to come. I am always excited to meet new students and can't wait to hear from you!

Heather is a great teacher! As an adult beginner who has limited music experience, I learned through her the basics of violin technique and then how play several pieces I wanted to learn. She is super encoraging and lessons are fun. Some of my friends also took their children to her for lessons and they have had a great time. Can't recommend her highly enough!
