Whozyamama plays traditional Cajun and Zydeco music of South Louisiana with accordion player, Claudette Boudreaux, is from Dulac Louisiana. We play for dances, parties, and festivals with accordion, twin fiddles, guitar, bass, drum and frottoir (rubboard) and cajun french lyrics.
We offer a dance lesson as well. The music is upbeat and a great crowd pleaser. Our customers appreciate the authenticity of the band and our many years of playing this style of music.
The ensemble can range from an acoustic duo of fiddle and accordion, to a full dance band of six members with full sound. The band also includes veterans of Cajun and Zydeco like Tami Allen, Claudia Anastasio, Doug Warren, Todd Fisher, and Rick Rice.
