FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Virus and male-ware removal hands down. Next, upgrade ram and video card. General maintenance; clean hard drive etc... Set up networks and troubleshoot for issues. Set up printers, blue screen of death. Wipe hard drives to department of defense (DOD.) standards. You can feel confident that no data can be retrieved from your old drive. If I don't have your part I will get for you. I do not mark up my parts in price, what I pay you pay. You only pay for the work I have done. I wish you the best in finding your Technician.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Well the price has to be right. What is the warrenty? This is very important; get it in writting and read ahead of time! See if there are reviews on your prospect. Check for current Lic. Some part time Tech's are not required to have a Lic. if their net is low enough. Watch out for these new "consumer complaint sites, they will allow anyone to post anything wiyhout any verification and refuse to remove even when presented with proof. It happened to me by an angry person (not even a customer). You should be able to get a free diagnosis and estimate. Check BBB and see what they report. Write reviews if there is space for it so the next person can see. I wish you the best! Robert J. Landahl
