Nikolay & his crew are the best! Came to bid the project (on time), scheduled a start date, actually started & completed the 3 day installation removing the old beast of a furnace/ductwork etc and installed a new furnace/ductwork/A/C unit on time just like he said they would. If I seem shocked its because all the other contractors I've used during this remodel have been late, delays, over budget, just overall a disappointment...but Impact Heating & Cooling is the exception! I'm so so happy. And he even took an extra 20minutes to help me program my thermostat, filled out my rebates/went over warranties etc.

Nikolay Was great!! He did the job in a few hours and offered a much better price than any of the other bids I received. He was very honest and fair. I referred him to my sister and a friend and will continue to refer him to anyone I know who needs AC or Heating repairs or installation.

No joking around, no playing; just people who get straight to work and do a good job. The complete HVAC installation was done in one day, the workmanship excellent and the work area cleaned.
Nick and his crew at impact heating have an amazing work ethic; integrity & honesty is top notch. They are completely trustworthy people and I would have no qualms about leaving the house while they did their work.
I highly recommend the outstanding crew at impact heating.

Impact Heating did a great job on instillation and customer service was great.
There was a concern by the inspector and Nik was there the same day to resolve it.
The issue had nothing to do with his installation.
I will use them again without hesitation.

Nick and his team communicated well from beginning to end. We are happy with our new heat pump! He also came to follow up and ensure all was working properly a few months after the install. He really cares.
