Thank you so much to Positive Support for your help! I spent 6 hours yesterday with India's Tech Support "crying out loud" but when I called Positive Support, less then 45Min my problem was gone!!!!! now my Computer amazingly fine! thanks again to POSITIVE SUPPORT :)
