This company scheduled an estimate appointment, saying they had done this type of work at similar properties. I subsequently informed other contractors that I was working with another company (Attic Doctor, based on their scheduled appointment). However, I received a subsequent message informing me that Attic Doctor management was unable/unwilling to do this type of work. Fortunately, I hadn’t fully “burned the bridges” with others and was able to schedule an appointment with another company.
At least they didn’t waist more than has a few hours of my time.
Given this experience, I’d use caution in engaging Attic Doctor if I needed to depend on results/responsiveness.
