They are on time, the cars are clean smelling fresh, the drivers are courteous and go out of their way to make sure the client is happy. I had them pick up a client and bring to a Seattle Hyatt hotel, and the hotel changed and flowers were waiting at the other hotel, and they went and picked up the flowers without being asked. Customer service is the priority.

I had really bad experiences with cabs, finally I got tired of them and decided to try with a town car service. My neighbor highly recommended me Best limo Service, so I started using them. I fell in love with this company since the beginning. The very first time I called they were so helpful and suggested the best time to pick me up going to Seatac, then I called them from the airport and my ride home was really smooth and pleasent in a clean car with a nice driver. Since then, 10 months ago, I don't even think about change to another company or a cab company again. I highly recommend this company, they are nice and friendly over the phone and the drivers are very professional. They are always on time and available everytime I called. I travel a lot, and best Limo makes my life easier than ever

I would recommend checking the rate on website and then, calling the company for more accurate rate. If you no longer need the service, cancel it at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges, or upset drivers.
