- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We make it very simple. Each of the gals has a notebook/laptop. We go to our website and pay for it right there at the end of the session. . It takes credit cards, paypal, check, or cash. we go over the invoice with them so everything is very clear. It is very basic.A 5th grader could do this. but we give you a copy of the invoice and we keep one..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sure, I am always on the computer, looking at different cleaning businesses and see how they do things, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had to quit my old job and ways as I have cervical and neck problems. Turned my life around as I have always been in the trades or working with my hands. I am glad it happened, I seem to enjoy life more and much less stress free. I love the people I work with.
