- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thank you for contacting us about your issue. We are happy to assist. We work by first sending a technician to your location to appraise the situation and at that time give a breakdown of options and costs. Please contact us to schedule an appointment, or if it would be more convenient for you, provide us with a phone number to contact you. We do work on Saturdays at no extra charge, but we are closed on Sundays and on Federal holidays. Additionally, our answering service will be happy to take your call to schedule an appointment should you contact us outside of normal business hours, or if we are away from the office. The answering service is available 24 hours a day.
