We provide the most challenging, effective, thrilling, and hardworking yoga classes worldwide. Every series consists of yoga postures and breathing exercises designed to work every muscle, gland, joint, cell, ligament, tendon, and organ in the body.
The room is heated, so prepare to sweat! Classes are offered all day, everyday, 7 days a week, at 5 locations in WA. Introductory Special 10 Classes are for $10. Yes, it's really true!

Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. We work with the best group of teachers and students. It really creates a home away from home for everyone.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I love this hot yoga studio. I have gone and continue to go to both Federal way and Bellueve to practice hot yoga and this place is owned by the same company, hot yoga inc. The Covington location is just closer to my house. All the instructors I have had are great. The studio is also huge. I look forward to going here and recommend it to everyone that asks me. Also if you have a membership at hot yoga inc it works at all their locations: mill creek, federal way, Belleuve, Kirkland, and now Covington, which is great.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. We offer certified yoga teacher training programs out of our state of art training studio in Covington, WA. These are offered year round for Hatha and Power yoga and are Yoga Alliance certified, 200 hours. We also host destination retreats and workshops: alignment, arm balances, posture.
