Northwest Ballet Theater

Whether your dance studio has a pre-professional division for classical ballet students, or if it is geared more to other dance disciplines, incorporating a few master classes in ballet at convenient times of the year can be inspirational and beneficial to your students. I have had a very extensive career (see website bio) as a professional dancer and choreographer. For the past 13 years, I have enjoyed teaching ballet students at Northwest Ballet Academy in Bellingham, and producing three annual ballet productions for Northwest Ballet Theater. I enjoy giving master classes outside of Bellingham whenever my schedule allows me. If you and your students would be interested in setting up master classes with me during the year (except December when my company is performing "The Nutcracker"), please contact me, and we can discuss possible days, times and rates. My training is primarily Vaganova, but I can adapt to other syllabi (RAD, Cecchetti, etc). I have also coached advanced students for national and international ballet competitions. If you have a competition-based school, I can also create appropriate choreography for students who need a 3 to 5-minute competition piece. I am able to drive to most areas that are within 2 hours of Bellingham. If your studio is over a two-hour drive each way, I might need to arrange bus or train transportation and to be picked up at the local station.
