A. We offer a boutique catering service with creative recipes and multiple options for a custom created menu to make your food uniquely your own.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. As the chef and owner, I love being creative with the menu to create something truly unique for each person. I love making the presentation of the food something that is a beautiful display and lets people know that they are at a really special event and the host wants them to feel appreciated and pampered for sharing their joy on their most special day. I love assuring the bride that her day is going to be amazing and that the food is going to be one of the highlights of the day and knowing that I have the skills to make that happen.

A. What is your background? My experience with a background in upscale restaurants, along with my culinary background as a personal chef and recipe developer create the perfect combinations of skills to be able to manage the flow of a catered event to the quality of the food and the service. Many people may wonder what the background of their caterer is and what makes their service unique. I feel my passion for creating beautiful, delicious food with being a chef that takes pride in my work makes a great combination of skills to bring to their event.
