Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. How well can you define your problem or need? The better defined your problem or need can be the less time will be spend getting on the same page. In the end, that will end up saving the customer money.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. In our job, we do not nor can we know everything. What separates a trade person from ordinary people is the resources we have and use to be able to help you solve your problem.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are you going to speak to me so I understand? If you talk over my head, how am I going to understand?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Again, this comes down to properly framing your needs. This will give me a better idea on what will need to happen in order to meet those needs.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I want to impart knowledge in dealing with my customers. I want to walk away with the problem solved and have my customers better able to solve their own problems in the future.
