It looks as if 2011 will be the year of 'rebuilding' as far as homeowners are concerned. The homeowners I have been doing projects for and continue to do more, all have returned to the belief that their homes are still a good solid investment; a place to invest their money and reap the benefits of their investment simply through the increased enjoyment of having a nicer home in which to live. "Housing" became too much a marketplace, but a home is now once again simply a family's place in which to live and enjoy together.

My husband and I needed to rebuild two 25 year old decks and erect a railing for a recently poured 45 foot long retaining wall. Craig Amrstrong was one of the first contractors on site arriving the day of the request and several days thereafter to brainstorm about ideas for the project, but specifically to engineer a method of installing the railing system along the wall to resolve a potential problem. We also wished to lengthen the existing deck and reconfigure the stairs adjoining the two decks leading to the patio. Craig was the most resourceful and creative contractor we have ever worked. We were astounded with his ability to vividly convey his ideas. We now boast a gorgeous outdoor entertainment space. Craig’s professionalism and workmanship far exceeded our expectations. We would certainly recommend Craig for any project and look forward to having him out again for several more of our own.
