CJ's is a full service catering company. We can provide private dinners for 2 or up to 250 people.
We use fresh, locally grown products when we can, to create our dishes. We can prepare meals for special dietary needs, vegetarian dishes, vegans, and gluten-free items.
We will prepare a menu based on a person's budget. We also make homemade pies, cookies, scones and cookies.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Know your budget. Any special requests. Any Dietary needs. What time is the event? Do you want full service or a drop off/or pick up menu.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. When you look at the price quoted, realize that that price included the shopping time, the preparing time and the set up, tear down and clean up. Most menus are priced per item per person.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Do you have any references. What is your price range per person? Is this a pick up price or a full service price.
Are the plates, napkins, cups included or are they extra.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. What is your budget? This is a must, as we will try to create a menu to work within your budget. However we usually start about $15 per person.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We use fresh local products when they are in season. Everything is made from scratch. We customize your menu for you. We do not have a standard menu that we make you choose from.
