I had a re-occurring issue with the drain pipe from the kitchen sink. Got hold of Kent and he was there in about 45 minutes on a week day. We walked the pipe (along basement ceiling under the joists) and discussed the history. He diagnosed the problem and quoted a price. We discussed changes I wanted and agreed. Kent replaced the entire run, re-plumbed the kitchen sink and disposal, even re-did the shower/tub connection. He did those little extra things that separate the craftsmen from your standard professional. Everything was top notch and thoroughly done to a high standard in under 4 hours. I got a bargain for the price.

I called Pipesmith (Kent) on a day when the temperature suddenly dropped to 12 degrees and the water supply to our house stopped. I suspected a frozen pipe somewhere and called Kent. Driving conditions were potentially dangerous, but Kent agreed to come and investigate our situation. He quickly identified the issue (a pipe exposed by the neighboring construction) and defrosted it. We had water back on within an hour of his arrival on a day when the other plumbing companies I called refused to come out due to poor driving conditions. I commend Kent's dedication to fixing our problem and will use him in the future.

I got fired from my job on February because my wife got a debilitating condition that requires showers and freezing cold baths. Our kid broke our shower handle completely, on top of it our dryer went out. So I told him that I couldn't afford much for a plumber. He gave me a GREAT price right away, scheduled as soon as possible. Came to our house, we are very liberal so was worried about him coming into our home, my wife is bi and I am from California, but he fixed it promptly, was VERY friendly and efficient and even had a card reader so I didn't have to go to the bank. ANY plumbing problems call him right away.He fixed my shower without bending me over with the price. Now my wife won't kill me for making her condition worse

We offer discounts for anybody who serves or served our country including our police and firefighters.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get in contact and have a conversation about the current problem or future plans. Together we will come up with an appointment time and schedule a visit. You will always receive an estimate before work is started and any price changes that may occur will be discussed. Once the work is completed you will receive an invoice via email, choose to pay with cash or check, or use our mobile card reader with phone pay options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of experience in plumbing ranging from commercial tilt ups to tiny homes on the river. I have many happy customers in remodel projects and simple drain cleanings. To become a commercial journeyman plumber in Washington, 8000 hours is required under supervision. I am also a journeyman in Oregon which requires 4 years of schooling.
