I offer one-time, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly services. I do not have an hourly rate. I offer free estimate based on sq. footage and number of bed and bathrooms.
Cleaning includes:
Living room/family room:
- Dust windowsills and ledges
- Remove cobwebs
- Vacuum carpets and or mop floors
- Windows
Kitchen:
- Windows
- Clean counters, cabinets, tables and chairs
- Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks
- Load dishwasher if empty
- Clean range tops
- Clean microwave oven
- Sweep and mop floor
- Take out trash
Bathrooms:
- Remove lime or hard water stains in sinks and toilets
- Clean and sanitize toilets
- Clean mirrors
- Mop floors
- Polish chrome
- Scrub and sanitize showers and bathtubs
Bedrooms:
- Make all beds
- Change bedding clean if left out
- Change linens with clean if left out
- Wash, dry and fold laundry
I have different rates and additional services that are offered, such as deep cleaning. I charge by square footage, and number of bedrooms/bathrooms.

My name is Kryssie and I was skeptical at first, hiring someone from an online service. Much much to my delight hiring Krys was one of my best decisions. The bid she gave me on our initial contact was a little high, but after meeting with her and seeing the results of her "working interview" I now completely understand the amount.
In fact, I would pay her more if she would allow it, funny thing is Krys knew from the beginning what she was going to charge for the magic she planned to perform on our home and has stuck to the price and her guarantee that my family and I will be satisfied with her work, or she will make it right the next time.
Yes, even though I initially wanted a one time clean, when I returned home from shopping and I felt the cleanliness from the driveway, I knew there was no way I could pass up the opportunity and I made sure to get my house on Krys's calendar.
There are so many things I love about the way my house looks

My name is Keyanna, Krys with superior cleaning has been cleaning my home for almost a year now and I am overly satisfied with the outstanding job she does each time. When I first met Krys she told me that she believes in making things sparkle and boy does she!!
My favorite thing about Krys, in fact one of the reasons I asked for a bid in the first place, is the fact that she changes bedding!! There's nothing nicer than coming home from a long day at work and slipping into clean sheets!!!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look for someone who is willing to listen to what YOUR needs are and is willing to provide references from current customers. Anyone offering a service for your home, like cleaning, should have no problem doing the job to your satisfaction at a price you both agree on.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I can say the Pumie stone is like my best friend when it comes to water stains.
I would want my customers to know/understand that the biggest difference between you cleaning your house and me cleaning your house is I am cleaning top to bottom in a short window of time, compared to being able to tackle it in stages and I am working to your satisfaction each time. It is hard work, but I chose to make it my job so you don't have to.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. A consumer should always feel compelled to ask about guarantee of service or at least satisfaction of the job they are hiring for. I expect to be asked by every potential client and make sure to add the information that I guarantee satisfaction, at the end of every response.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. My cleaning services stand out because when you enter your home after I have finished you are overcome with a total feeling of clean. The chrome sparkles, the floors shine and the windows are as clear as if the glass had been removed.
The best part I have been told it the fact that I guarantee your satisfaction!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I like knowing that I am doing my part to help keep your family healthy. Not only that I know how frustrating cleaning can be even challenging sometimes and I LOVE a good challenge. Being able to help working families keep up with the cleanliness of their home so after a hard day you come home and can relax.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. I think the questions I have been asked most have been, do I know how to get hard water stains out of sinks and toilets, and the answer is yes.
Another question I have been asked is about the initial cleaning visit fee and why do I charge it.
This is a one time fee, charged because the first time I clean your home will take twice as long to get to the desired result than any other time, assuming we are setting up scheduled cleanings, and I work until your home meets your satisfaction so I know what is expected the following time.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. My favorite story from my work is actually the reason I fell in love with my job, being able to clean one of the biggest, most accommodating, peaceful, beautifully designed beach rentals on the Oregon Coast (I have the website link available, you have to see it to believe it!!)
This place accommodates 15+ people, the only thing that is not provided for you is the food and the clothing you plan to where while on vacation, everything else is provided, meaning everything else had to be cleaned before the next arrival, usually only a 6 maybe 6 hour window, but a 10 hour job minimum for the specifications, and to make sure all the linens were washed.
I was hired to replace the previous house keepers after numerous complaints. My guarantee that I would return this rental to the pristine condition it was supposed to have been in all along was the reason I was given the chance.
I loved cleaning for that house because of it's beauty, being able to undo the neglect and restore that beauty by hand successfully was the most rewarding part of the job for me.
