My ideal clients are individuals and families that are tired of the pain, frustration, and sadness in their lives. I view the world as an array of orbiting systems such as the family, friends and communities which help to support our lives. Our negative connections can cause physical and emotional torment within our lives preventing healthy connections with these systems. This is a holistic approach to change. By understanding our biology, our psychology, our social world, or our spiritual world, we can ignite the change we need to create positive connections.
I am a mental health professional and child mental health specialist. I offer counseling for issues ranging from parenting to mental health to marriage counseling and I offer home-based or office sessions for couples and families. Specializing in: children, adolescents and their families, parenting issues and men's issues (relationships, family, anxiety, etc.)
I am a husband and father to four. As a former foster child who struggled through young adulthood, I relate well to people from all walks of life. My past led me to a family who nurtured, mentored, loved and sustained me. It also led me to this career path.
