A. Cleaning personal homes, cleaning homes for realtors and their clients that buy & sell their house, & for apartments after a move out & before a move in.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Shop around. Meet each potential candidate in person. Check their references, and speak with their customers to hear what they have to say about them. Know that they have a clean and clear background check.

A. Same answer to the last question. Shop around, meet each candidate in person, speak with as many references as possible, do background checks.

A. My work is always thourough and consistent.

A. I make my customers happy, & I love my customers!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What do you do and not do? How much do you charge? How long would it take you to clean my home?
ANSWERS:
I generally, vacuum all carpets & floors, mop, scour & disinfect the bathrooms, clean kitchen surfaces, & dust each room of the home. I for the most part don't clean all windows of the house, but will clean a few specific ones that are always messy such as the front doors & back slider door.
I charge a worthy $25 per hour. It usually takes me 3-4 hours to clean homes ranging from 1500-2500 square feet, also depending on how dirty the home is. The first deep clean usually takes about an hour longer than usual.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I ALWAYS work with true itegrity. I always do the same thorough job each and every time. I am very honest, dependable, and trustworthy.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Cleaning house is what I'm good at. I needed a job that would fit my needs. I started out advertising on Craigslist, and through word of mouth, I have quickly accumulated many happy customers.

A. I am proud of each job I do, because all my customers praise me for my job well done.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. My business is growing very fast, & soon I may need to hire someone to work with me.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. I cleaned a 3600 square foot home, which I clean every friday, which took me five hours. Each bathroom was cleaned, the kitchen surfaces cleaned & disinfected, & shined, each room was dusted, & all floors, rugs & carpets were vacuumed, & all floors mopped.
