- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because of the breadth of the differing services we offer, it is difficult to give a standard price. Give us a call and we can give you an idea of pricing for your individual project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone call with customer to go over initial details to make certain that it is a category that we work in. If yes, set up a meeting with customer. If no, refer to a different contractor that is able to assist them with their project. 2. Meet with customer and discuss project details, go over specific requests and direction that they are wanting to go. 3. Write up a proposal for customer with details and pricing options. 4. Discuss proposal with customer once they have had an opportunity to review, address changes and adjustments needed. 5. Schedule service or project with customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in Business Management. 5 Years of experience in Landscape construction and Landscape Maintenance. AllanBlock Contractor Training.
