I've been in this trade since 1965 from the old hot tar built up to the now PVC and TPO systems. I fix leaks permanently - no ifs, ands or buts!
I approach my customers from a completely different view. I assess a roof structure, and design drainage and insulation systems to move the water off the roof. We use green roofing whenever possible, especially on condos, apartments and other commercial building. We build up existing roofs, coat them with polymeric coatings and no mess, no fuss, no dirt, no noise and lifetime warrantees. For a lot less MONEY.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We specialize in flat roofs on condos, apartments and other commercial buildings. Along with that we endeavor in using green technologies that avoid disruption, noise and dump fees. We upgrade most existing roofs and then make them monolithic using polymer coatings and other new technologies. And our roofs don't leak..................EVER!

A. The customer is the boss. You want a contractor that looks for the product and/or solution that you need. Especially a contractor with the experience to give you the right solutions. The best roof in the world will come up short if the problem is in the building design or poor workmanship.
