FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because each project is as unique as the homeowner, project pricing is determined after the scope of the project is determined through a consultation call and on-site walk-through with the designer and client. All pricing, however, from full-service interiors to Design Day packages, are flat-rate and you will have full understanding of the design fees and deliverables before you sign a contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FSI's process is very hands on - we love meeting new clients and working together with you and your GC to bring your project to life. New projects start with a consultation call and site visit to better understand the scope of the project as well as give us both an opportunity to get to know one another. If we're a match, FSI sends along a project contract that outlines in detail the scope and deliverables. Our process is very client-centric: we work closely with you and your construction team to make sure you project turns out exactly as you imagined.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have both a Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in interior design and over a decade of experience working in design firms and for general contractors, providing me with the necessary technical skills and creative eye to be a successful interior designer.
